The Asociación Derecho Colaborativo de Euskadi (Basque Association of Collaborative Law) consists of a multidisciplinary group of professionals who share an interest in collaborative law and its application, use and dissemination in the Basque Country. It presents an innovative, collaborative and friendly alternative method to the resolution of conflicts.
To develop a pilot project for conflict prevention and management in professional and organisational areas in which collaborative law and practice have yet to be developed.

Álex Carrascosa proposes establishing a co-creative dialogue with the Association based on a “U”Lab principle so that work can be done on an emotional channel and alternative, creative paths can be explored.
After working on the “ni, zu, gu” (I, you, we), the results have, on the one hand, involved learning how to recognise the importance of the other and the need to empathise with this other in order to apply Collaborative law and, on the other hand, team cohesion.
